THE BRIAN ADAMS BASKETBALL ACADEMY - Mondays - Coach Adams - $65.00
Basketball is a team sport and playing/ practicing with a team is the most important way for individuals to grow and improve as a player. However, Player Development (individual improvement) is one of the major keys to the success of that team. How much time does each coach spend working with each player. In a two hour practice , how much of that time is dedicated to the individual improvement of a player’s shot, ball handling, or footwork? Through my individual based programs, a player will work through a designed group of drills and exercises that will allow him/ her to develop their talent. All players at all levels have skills that they need to improve on; whether it is playing with their back to the basket, court vision, attacking off the dribble, shooting etc. Whatever the players weakness may be, my goal is to address these areas and improve their game. As players progress through different levels of sport, the basic fundamentals are always there but details are added and more advanced concepts are introduced. A player who is prepared for the advancement of these skills is a player more likely to succeed.
